Weekly Reflections week 4

So I have...

 

My friend Joshua and I did a workshop withe the rest of the class about how to work out brain teasers and showed them some zoomed in pitchers.

I started doing Manghigh for this year and a I am currently first for my class.

I did my chapter chat pitcher in record time (2 Days :)  

I went swimming and won all my races in breaststroke,free style and backstroke.

  

LEX came to our school

Today a guy from Attitude called  Lex came to our school tallked to us about who we are. He told us a story about when he was japan and was in a b.b gun war and almost shot real Japanese police men. Then he showed us what our animal is and I got Beaver. he told us how to not be shy, never give up and don't be rude even if you don't like them.

Beach ED

Yesterday I went to Waihi beach with my class to learn about what to look out for in the surf.

Rips: there are three things to look out for in rips.
1: Rips are the clam parts between the waves like in this photo. 

2: Rips are a different colour than water around it like in this pitcher. 



3: Rips make the waves cross over each other so that a sigh that there is a rip near bye.

But don't let this worrie you will only take you behind the waves so if the waves a small don't  be worried about it.
